Over the course of over twenty years of practicing health care law, Elizabeth Goldman has built a successful practice advising health care providers (including hospitals, medical staff, and facilities) and health care payors (including commercial health plans, Medicare Advantage and Prescription Drug plans, and Medicaid managed care plans) on all aspects of health care law.
Ms. Goldman has extensive experience counseling on payment and reimbursement, fraud and abuse, privacy, licensing, and other federal and state health care regulatory, audit, and policy issues. She also is experienced in creating and implementing health care compliance programs, including developing compliance plans, codes of conduct, compliance trainings, auditing and monitoring work plans, delegation oversight plans, corrective action plans, and policies and procedures. Ms. Goldman also advises on reproductive health care, the No Surprises Act, hospital price transparency requirements, EMTALA, Medicare Advantage and Medicare Prescription Drug plan communications and marketing, and Medicare appeals.
