As Manager of Employee Engagement, Eileen Lee works closely with firm leadership to develop and implement employee engagement programs to enhance job satisfaction and maintain low attrition. She previously worked as an attorney at Holland & Knight’s Washington, DC office practicing commercial real estate law, including office and retail leasing, and sales and acquisitions. In addition to her legal background, Eileen assisted in launching a new fast casual restaurant concept which included multi-dimensional responsibilities ranging from marketing, menu development, and overall operations.
