Before transitioning into law, Alan spent two years at a medical device company as an Engineering Technician where Alan assisted with the qualification process of hydrogen peroxide sterilizers, and five years at a pharmaceutical company as a Senior Staff Engineer where Alan was responsible for qualifying the manufacturing steam sterilizers for intravenous solutions products in the United States. This engineering expertise enhances Alan’s legal practice, particularly in transactions where confronted with any emerging technologies.
