Rachael oversees the strategic implementation of human resources practices and policies designed to attract, integrate, motivate, and retain top-tier professional staff and attorneys.
Rachael has over 10 years of experience in human resources, client service, and account management. Prior to joining PLG, she served as Human Resources Manager for a D.C. based firm spearheading the department through recruitment efforts, onboarding, performance review, and engagement programs. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Saint Joseph's University.
