Representative Experience
- Counsel in a case before the United States district court defending an injunction and complaint relating to an ongoing appeal at the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection.
- Counsel to numerous municipalities and non-profit groups with respect to siting of electric transmission lines and interstate gas pipeline infrastructure in New Hampshire and Massachusetts, including representation at proceedings before the MA and NH Siting Boards and before the Supreme Judicial Court in Massachusetts and the Supreme Court in New Hampshire.
- Counsel to a municipality before the MA Energy Facility Siting Board in opposition to an unnecessary proposed gas pipeline that would transverse the town and significantly impact an adjoining Environmental Justice Community.
- Counsel to a large Generation and Transmission Electric Power Cooperative with respect to all FERC regulatory issues.
- Regulatory counsel to a large developer of utility-scale solar and battery storage facilities.
- Counsel to numerous generators and other market participants in several Regional Transmission Organizations.
- Counsel to a Municipal Power Agency in connection with a breach of hydroelectric power sales contract claim against the Southwest Power Administration.
- Successfully sought FERC waivers for a large university’s generating units.
