Potomac Law is pleased to welcome Skip Sullivan as Partner in the Boston office, adding his impressive background to the firm’s Real Estate and Finance, Banking and Commercial Loans and Corporate and Transactional practice groups.
Mr. Sullivan’s national practice involves all aspects of real estate law. He represents developers, investors, owners, operators and lenders in acquisition, development, financing, leasing, and restructuring transactions across a broad spectrum of real estate asset classes. His clients also include private equity investors, institutional property owners, banks and other financial institutions, corporate tenants, hotel owners, REITs, and corporate legal departments.
His practice includes frequent interaction with the firm’s tax, corporate, restructuring, financial institutions, and litigation groups. Mr. Sullivan also represents both sponsors/developers and investors in joint ventures, partnerships, and limited liability companies involving real estate.
Prior to joining Potomac Law, Mr. Sullivan was a Partner at Morgan Lewis in Boston. He received his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law and his B.A. from the University of Miami.
