Tracey L. Giertz

Tracey L. Giertz is a Senior Trademark Paralegal in the firm’s Intellectual Property Group, involved in all aspects of the firm’s domestic and international trademark practice. Ms. Giertz has more than 30 years of experience in the trademark field, specializing in trademark searching, clearance, prosecution, maintenance and enforcement matters.   

Prior to Potomac Law, Ms. Giertz spent the majority of her career at a premier century-old intellectual property law firm. Her experience has provided her with comprehensive knowledge of the trademark practice, and she routinely assists attorneys and clients with domain name and copyright matters, as well as matters before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
