Summer R. Dukes is a Senior Paralegal in the firm’s Corporate as well as Real Estate and Finance Practices. Ms. Dukes has over 15 years of experience in boutique firms and large firms, specializing in title review, title insurance, survey review, lease review, contract review, and closing coordination. She also assists with corporate formation and represents commercial lenders with preparation of loan documents. Ms. Dukes works on general corporate matters and all aspects of commercial real estate closings.
