Carrie Wright

Carrie Wright is a Senior Paralegal with the firm’s Corporate Practice Group.  Ms. Wright has over 15 years of experience working as a corporate paralegal with both large law firm and in-house experience. She has assisted with all aspects of corporate transactions, including formations, various purchase and sale transactions, reviewing and organizing due diligence documents, preparing resolutions and organizing and assisting with transaction closings.  Additionally, Ms. Wright has assisted with various securities matters, which include fund formations, Form D filings and blue sky filings.
