Brian J. Levin

Brian Levin’s practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions with a particular emphasis on commercial leasing.  In addition, over the past several years, Mr. Levin has worked on numerous solar energy development projects.  His clients have included institutional owners of commercial office properties, one of the nation’s largest banks and the receivership affiliate of a prominent national real estate brokerage company.  Over his career, he has handled a wide range of commercial leases for both landlords and tenants, including several corporate headquarters leases, a number of coworking/shared office space deals and a variety of retail transactions with many prominent national retailers.

Representative Experience

• Represented one of the largest homebuilders in the country, as tenant, in the relocation of the company’s corporate headquarters in suburban Philadelphia.
• Represented one of the nation’s largest banks in preparation and negotiation of RFP and lease for local headquarters in high rise office building in Center City Philadelphia.
• Drafted and negotiated a 60,000-square foot lease for headquarters of major national discount retailer.
