Ms. Armstrong has 15 years of experience in the patent and trademark field, specializing in filing, prosecuting and maintaining patent and trademark applications and registrations in the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and worldwide trademark offices. Ms. Armstrong regularly communicates with clients, foreign associates and vendors regarding patent and trademark prosecution matters and has worked directly in supporting large clients in managing their patent and trademark portfolios.
Ms. Armstrong began her career in intellectual property with a boutique law firm where she prepared and filed Madrid Protocol trademark applications and official documentation with the International Bureau. Her experience has provided her with a comprehensive knowledge of U.S. and foreign patent prosecution procedures allowing her to effectively assist attorneys, colleagues and clients in intellectual property matters.
