Potomac Law Group partner William Baker was voted Chair-Elect of the American Bar Association’s Section of Science & Technology Law at the ABA annual meeting in New York this month. Mr. Baker will automatically become Chair of the Section at the ABA annual meeting next August. Mr. Baker has more than 30 years of experience in privacy and data security, consumer marketing, postal, and communications law.
