The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit today unanimously affirmed a decision in favor of a Saudi family wrongfully accused of violating a federal trafficking statute. PLG had obtained summary judgment in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, where the court rejected a domestic employee's claim brought under the Trafficking Victims Protection Act of 2000. Today's Fourth Circuit decision affirmed that ruling. The prevailing Appellees' case was argued by Neil Koslowe, with Galia Messika and Luisa Caro participating on the brief.
