Companies that obtain numbering resources directly from the North American Numbering Plan Administrator (NANPA) are required to submit their Numbering Resource Utilization/Forecast (NRUF) by August 2, 2021. The FCC requires companies to report their numbering holdings twice a year using FCC Form 502. More information can be found here.

The Senate Judiciary Committee will hold a hearing titled “America Under Cyber Siege: Preventing and Responding to Ransomware Attacks.” Scheduled witnesses include Mr. Richard Downing, Deputy Assistant Attorney General, Criminal Division, and Mr. Bryan Vorndran, FBI Assistant Director, Cyber Division.
