Potomac Law is pleased to announce that Roberta Anderson Sutton, the firm’s Insurance Recovery and Risk Management Practice Leader, will be a featured speaker at RISKWORLD™, the RIMS 2023 annual conference and exhibition in Atlanta, April 30 to May 3.
Ms. Sutton will present on the topic Your Ransom Risk Playbook: Attack Planning, Insurance and OFAC Compliance on Tuesday, May 2.
The session will focus on risk management strategies when organizations are faced with disruptive and damaging ransomware attacks including the triple extortion technique. Attendees will learn how to reduce the risk with security, training and incident planning, attack response and mitigation and post-attack strategies. The panelists will also discuss the following:

- Review cutting-edge cyber insurance products to ensure your organization has adequate insurance.
