Partner Mark Papadopoulos presented a two-hour webinar titled "Nuts and Bolts of Wage & Hour Law 2022" on July 19, 2022. Hosted by the D.C. Bar, Papadopoulos' presentation focused on key elements of the Fair Labor Standards Act that HR professionals and practitioners alike should know, including the white collar exemptions to the Act and how to settle FLSA cases.
