Potomac Law Partner Derek Adams served as panelist for the legal update titled "What’s Old Is New Again. Constitutionality, Scienter, Falsity, Causation, Government Dismissal Authority and More” for the American Bar Association's Virtual Civil False Claims Conference on June 4. The esteemed panel provided an overview of case law developments and discussed the aftermath of the Supreme Court's rulings in Supervalu and Polansky along with other legal issues brewing in the lower courts.
