PLG is pleased to welcome Amy Baker as partner in its Orlando office. Amy joins the firm’s Life Sciences, Litigation, and Privacy & Cybersecurity practice groups.
Amy specializes in providing regulatory consulting services to life sciences clients, guiding them through every stage of their life cycle—from formation and clinical trials to commercialization. Her comprehensive knowledge allows her to address a wide range of legal issues, including growth strategies, funding opportunities, regulatory compliance with the FDCA, and adherence to FDA, FTC, and HIPAA regulations. She also offers critical insights on labeling, advertising compliance, intellectual property, brand protection, and cybersecurity concerns.
In addition to her advisory role, Amy actively supports early-stage life science and technology companies in securing funding and represents clients in litigation as needed.
Prior to joining PLG, Amy was a partner at Rimôn. She received her J.D. from Loyola Law School and B.A. from Willamette University. Amy also has a Drug Development Product Management Specialization from the University of California and another specialization in Regulatory Compliance from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School.
