Laro oversees all the core COO responsibilities at Potomac Law, in addition to “spending the bulk of her time ensuring that there’s collaboration across the firm, that people feel connected and recruiting new partners,” she notes in the article. She also says, “A large part of what I do is the core of firm culture.”

Beyond her COO role, Laro is a partner at the firm and a member of its tax practice group.
