Potomac Law is pleased to announce that Roberta Anderson Sutton, a partner in the Privacy and Cybersecurity practice, and Insurance Recovery and Risk Management practice leader, has been appointed to serve on Law360’s 2022 Cybersecurity & Privacy Editorial Advisory Board.

Sutton is a recognized national authority in cybersecurity, privacy, data protection, insurance recovery, and directors and risk management issues. She frequently lectures on these subjects, including most recently serving as a featured speaker at RISKWORLD™, the RIMS 2022 annual conference and exhibition in San Francisco, and provides interviews to leading industry publications and mainstream publications, such as The New York Times and The Washington Post. She currently serves as Vice-Chair for the American Bar Association's Tort and Insurance Practice Section Cybersecurity and Data Privacy General Committee.
Sutton coauthored the cybersecurity guide for executives, Navigating the Digital Age: The Definitive Cybersecurity Guide For Directors and Officers. She received her J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and her B.S. from Carnegie Mellon University.
