Potomac Law is pleased to announce that Partner Isaac Mamaysky will be a panelist at a seminar entitled "Remote Work - Do You Know Where Your Employees Are?" at Fordham University on October 19 from 3:30 to 5:00 p.m. Hosted by Fordham's Gabelli School of Business, Mamaysky will join a panel discussion about Work From Home (WFH) arrangements and what employers can do to remain flexible while also addressing the tax and legal issues that WFH arrangements can create.

Other panelists include KPMG Partners Robert Yuen and Anne d'Arcy. The session will be moderated by Stan Veliotis, Gabelli School of Business Chair of Accounting & Tax Area, Co-director, Center for Professional Accounting Practices. Participants can earn up to 1 CPE credit.

Mamaysky is a Partner in Potomac Law Group, where he provides strategic business, employment law, and compliance guidance to management teams, in-house attorneys, and human resources professionals across industries. His clients range from multinational corporations and large educational institutions to national nonprofits and privately held companies. Mamaysky is also an adjunct professor at Albany Law School, where his classes focus on employment law and ethics and compliance. He has published and been quoted in dozens of articles on these topics in academic law journals and practitioner publications.
