As our clients face unprecedented challenges during the coronavirus pandemic, executive leadership and human resources professionals are running into daily legal questions regarding the workplace. On Tuesday, April 28th, this webinar provided a forum to present those questions to four Potomac Law attorneys in the Employment and Human Resources practice group.
In addition to questions submitted by participants, the presenters explored the following topics:
- The Families First Coronavirus Response Act and leave laws;
- Updates from the EEOC, including Pandemic Preparedness in the Workplace and the Americans with Disabilities Act;
